Ramzan Qamri taqweem ka novan maheena hai. Yeh maheena musalmanon ke liye nahi, insano ke liye bhi bohat ahem hai. Yeh woh maheena hai jab gumrahi ke saharamain bhatkti insaniyat ki sada-e-altaf aasman ne suni aur baraan hidayat ko arab ke bayabano par barsne ka hukm diya. Phir iss sarzameen se hidayat ke woh chashme uble jin se poori insaniyat seerab hogayi. Yeh woh maheena hai jab zulm ki chakki mein pasti aur susti hui insaniyat ki sada-e-adalat ka jawab kaainat ke badshah ne adalat se nahi, ehsan se diya iss tarah ke qayamat tak ke liye Quran ko woh furqan banakar zameen par utara ke jis ki hidayat ne dharti ko aman o sukoon se bhar diya. Mah-e-Ramzan ek dafa phir ahl-e-zameen ke siroun par saaya phailne ko hai. Iss haal mein ke aaj har taraf zulm aur gumrahi ka doordaar hai. Insaniyat ke musaibat ka ilaaj aaj bhi yahi hai ke Quran ki hidayat logon ke samne rakhi jaaye aur log usse qubool kar lein. So khayal o khama issi khidmat ke liye yakja hote hain. Sahib-e-tauheed ne Quran aur Ramzan ka taalluq iss tarah bayan kiya hai: "Ramzan ka mahina hai jis mein Quran nazil kiya gaya, logon ke liye rehnuma bana kar aur nihayat wazeh daleelon ki soorat mein jo apni nooeyat ke lehaz se sara hidayat bhi hain aur haq o baatil ka faisla bhi." (Al-Baqarah 2:185) Quran ki hidayat kya hai? Agar usse ek jumle mein bayan kiya jaaye to yeh insanon ko us masle se agha karne aaya hai jo unhein unki maut ke baad darpeish hoga. Yani unke maalik ke huzoor peeshi ka masla, apne aamal ki jawabdehi ka masla, jannat se mehroomi aur dozakh ki aag ka masla, abadi zillat ya daimi aish ka masla, magar badi ajeeb baat hai ke yeh hidayat jiska taalluq dunya se nahi akhirat se hai, zindagi se nahi maut se hai, insanon ki zindagi aur unki dunya ke sare masaail ka wahi mumkinah hal hai. Iss dunya mein insaan ka asal masla kya hai? Yeh ke woh ek fani dunya mein abadi qayam ke asbaab dhundta hai, yeh ke woh ek saraaye mein reh kar kisi daimi mustaqar ke aaram dhundta hai. Iqbal ne jo baat firang ke liye kahi thi, woh har farzand-e-zameen ke bare mein durust hai: Dhoond raha hai firang aish jahan ka dawam Wae tamanna-e-khaam, wae tamanna-e-khaam Iss aish aur aaram ki talash mein insaan Khuda aur akhirat ko bhool jaata hai. Woh fani dunya ko apna maqsad banata aur har ikhlaqi qadar ko faraamosh kar deta hai. Nateeja yeh nikalta hai ke insaan noo-e-insan ka shikari ban jaata hai. Phir zulm aur gumrahi ki woh sarei aqsaam wajood mein aati hain jin se behro bahr mein fasad phail jaata hai. Insanon ki jaan, maal, izzat aur abro unhi jaise insanon ke haathon pamaal hoti hai. Insan ka ikhlaqi wujood uski hewani khwahishat ke samne dheer ho jaata hai. Iss soorat hal ka wahi hal woh Quran ki hidayat hai jo poori quwat ke sath qayamat ke hulnak zilzale se insanon ko drati hai. Woh iss roz se insanon ko khofzada karti hai jab zameen kot kot kar barabar ki jaayegi aur husn o zeenat ke tamaam asaar mita kar zameen ek chateel maidan banadi jaayegi. Woh din jab log apne siwa har cheez ko bhool jaayenge: "Aye logon! Apne Rab se daro. Be shak qayamat ki halchal badi hi hulnak cheez hai."جو لوگ قرآن کی اس پکار پر توجہ دیتے ہیں اور آخرت کی کامیابی کو اپنی منزل بنالیتے ہیں ، قرآن ان کے سامنے ایک واضح نصب العین رکھتا ہے۔ فرمایا: ‘‘بے شک فلاح پاگیاوہ شخص جس نے پاکیزگی اختیار کی’’۔(الاعلیٰ۸۷:۱۴) ‘‘اورنفس گواہی دیتا ہے اور جیسا اسے سنوارا۔پھر اس کی نیکی اور بدی اسے سجھادی کہ فلاح پاگیاوہ، جس نے اس کو پاک کیا اور نامراد ہوا وہ جس نے اسے آلودہ کیا۔’’(الشمس۹۱:۶۔۱۰) Ye ayaat khol kar batati hain ke aakhirat ki kamiyabi ka tamam tar inhsar is baat par hai ke insaan is duniya mein apna tazkiya karta hai ya nahi. Ye tazkiya rehbaniyat jesi koi cheez nahi, balke imaan aur akhlaq ki aalaaishon se khud ko bachane ka amal hai. In ayaat se ye baat bhi waazeh hoti hai ke nafs insani mein khair o shar ka poora shaoor shuru din se mojood hai aur isi ilm ki bunyad par insaan ye jaanta hai ke use apne aap ko kon aalaaishon se bachana aur kon cheezon ko ikhtiyaar karna hai. Ye haqeeqat hai ke dunya mein insaan akhlaq se aari nahi, balke fitrat ka ata kardah paakiza libaas pehn kar aata hai. Is libaas fitrat ke daman mein shirk ka koi daagh aur ilhad ka koi dhaba tak nahi hota. Is par zulm ki meel aur hawas ki gandagi nahi lagti, magar dunya mein mojood shaitani targheebat, hewani khwahishat aur mahol ke asraat insaan ko gumrahi ke raston par daal dete hain. Wo fitrat mein mojood khair o shar ke tasawwurat ko bhool kar khwahish nafs ki pehroo ikhtiyaar karta hai. Jaise jaise wo is raah par aage barhta hai, ye gard alood raasta daman dil aur libaas fitrat ko ghaleez se ghaleez tar karta chalajata hai. Ghaflat ki dhool aur sarkashi ki kaalk fitrat ke husn ko neri ghizaat mein badal deti hai. Insan pehle pehle khair o shar ki tameez khojata hai aur phir muashray mein har shar khair aur har khair shar ban jata hai. Fitrat mein paida ho jane wali is kiji ko door karne ke liye Allah taala ne har doar mein paighambar bheje, kitaaben utari, bhoola hua sabaq yaad dilaya aur aakhir mein Rasool Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم par Quran utara. Quran nah sirf tazkiya ke nisab alaain insaano ke samne rakhta hai, balke imaan aur akhlaq aur fikro amal ki aalaaishon ki bhi nishaan dahi karta hai. Quran ki is hidayat ki roshni mein har bandeh mo'min ki zindagi ka nisab alaain ye hona chahiye ke wo apne aap ko fitrat mein mojood aur Quran mein bayan ki gayi in aalaaishon se bachaye. Insan jaise hi ye amal shuru karta hai, is ka barah e raast natija us ke akhlaqi wujood par murtab hota hai. Shirk aur ilhad ki gandagi ko dhonay ke baad insaan apne jaise insano ko Khuda banata hai, na khwahish nafs ko apna mabood thehrata hai. Aakhirat ki kamiyabi ka nisab alaain talab karta hai ke insaan ki jaan, maal, waqt aur salahiyat ka ek hissa lazima zati mafaadat se buland ho kar sirf kiya jaye. Aise paakiza logon ke muashray mein na taqat war kamzoron par zulm karte hain aur na ahl e tharoot ghurbah se be niaz apni mastiyon mein magn rehte hain. Insan apne ibnaye noo ke sath is yaqeen ke sath mamla karte hain ke kal roza qiyamat har mamla rabb al aalameen ki adalat mein pesh kiya jayega. Woh adalat jahan faisley maadi nahi, balke akhlaqi qanoon ki bunyad par honge. Chunnancha dhoka, fareb, baddiyanti, khayanat aur jhoot aur muashray meinYeh pai jane wali an jaisi tamam akhlaqi gandgiyan osaaf hameeda ke liye jagah chhod deti hain. Yun dharti noor iman se chamak uthti hai. Falah akhirat aur is ke liye pakizgi ke husool par insaan ko mutaharik karne wali sab se badi cheez Khuda ke huzoor peshi ka khauf, is ki pakar ka andesha, is ke azab ka dar aur is ka taqwa hai. Yeh taqwa hi woh cheez hai jo rozaon ki farziyat ka sabab hai. Irshad hua: ''Iman walon, tum par roza farz kiya gaya hai, jis tarah tum se pehlon par farz kiya gaya tha takay tum Allah se darrne wale ban jao.'' (Al-Baqarah 2:183) Yeh taqwa kaise peda hota hai. Iss tarah ke Ramadan mein Quran ki baar baar tilawat insaan ko jahannam ke azab aur Khuda ki pakar se be khof nahi rehne deti. Dosri taraf rozay mein khane peenay se rokna insaan ko nahi sirf parhezgari ke aadab sikhata hai, balkay usay us mazboot quwat iradi se aagah karta hai jise istemal karke woh har akhlaqi napaki se bach sakta hai. Toh ab jabke Ramadan ki aamad aamad hai, aaiye - Ramadan ke istiqbal ka azam karte hain. Aik aise muashray mein jahan Quran sirf sawab ke liye parha jata hai, aaiye - Quran ko hidayat ke liye parhne ka azam karte hain. Yeh azam ke Quran ko samajh kar parhenge. Yeh jan'ne ke liye parhenge ke Quran jis din ki musibat se khabardar karne aya hai, woh kaun sa din hai. Fikr aur amal aur akhlaq aur aqeedah ki un gandgiyon ko jan'ne ke liye parhenge jin se bache bagair jahannam ki aag se nahi bacha ja sakta hai. Ramadan sawab ka mahina hai. Aaiye - isse hidayat ka mahina banadein. Yeh bhook pyaas se rokne ka mahina hai. Aaiye - isse taqwa hasil karne ka mahina banadein. Yeh qamri taqweem ka nawan mahina hai. Aaiye.
