Doctor Saud Al-Shuraim Tarjuma: Wasi Ahmad Hum mein se har ek ko zindagi ke kisi na kisi mor par ranj o gham se wasta par hi jata hai, agar koi sahib-e-iqtidiyar o hukoomat, malik-e-jah o mansab hai to use har aan kursi-e-ikhtiyar aur zamaam-e-kaar chin jaane ka andesha aur hukoomat se be-dakhal kar diye jaane ki fikr sataati rehti hai. Agar koi sahib-e-aulad hai to bachon ke haal o mustaqbil, taleem o tarbiyat, libaas o poshak, naukri o shadi byaah ke tain in ki fikrmandi usi qadar do-chand ho jaati hai. Yeh ghalat gumaan hai ke dukh dard ka taluq sirf ghurbat o aflass, faqro faqah or muhtaaj o maskeen se hai, kyunke is kaargah-e-hayat mein bohot se ghareeb o muflis, zehni itminan, qalbi sukoon aur rohani aasoodgi se shadaan aur farhaan nazar aate hain aur doosri taraf bohot se ahl-e-Sarwat o sahib-e-daulat muztarib aur pareshan nazar aate hain. Kya hum rozmarra ki zindagi mein nahi dekhte ke kitne faqra o masaakeen hain jo ek waqt khane ki talash mein sargardaan nazar aate hain aur kitne hi aise ashaab-e-saim o zar hain jo bohot zyada khori ki wajah se mukhtalif amraz ke shikaar hokar aah o kraah mein mubtala rehte hain. Is mein bacha o jawaan ki qaid hai, na mard o aurat ka istisna, bimar o sehatmand mein koi farq hai na ameer o faqeer mein koi imtiaz. Yeh bhi amr waqaa hai ke bohot se logon mein naghani musaib o hawadis, un ki quwat-e-fikr o amal ko aur barha deti hai, is liye ke tareekh-e-aalam mein jitni bhi abqari shakhsiyatien mansa shohood par aayin, un ki khafta salahiyaaton ko nikharnay mein namssaaid halaat ka ahem role raha hai, lekin bohot se log mushkilat mein ashk-e-hisrat barsate hain, aur woh yeh bhool jaate hain ke bohat si margoob cheezain bhi be faida sabit hoti hain aur yehi musaib o aalam, gham o hisrat apne daaman mein khushi o musarrat ki soorat le kar aati hain. Mushkilein neest ke aasaan na shood Mard bayad ke haraasan na shood Ek roz Ibrahim bin Adham ka guzar ek ghamgeen o ranjida shakhs ke paas se hua, dard o karb mein dekh kar us se kaha: Aye shakhs! Mein tum se teen sawal karna chahta hoon, jawaab do: 1- Kya is kainaat mein mashiyat-e-izdi ke baghair bhi kuch paish aasakta hai? 2- Kya tumhare mutayyan rizq mein koi kami o beshi hosakti hai? 3- Kya tumhari muqarrar zindagi ka ek pal bhi aage peechay hosakta hai? To us shakhs ne sunte hi kaha: Nahi, yeh to namumkin o mahaal hai. Ibrahim ne kaha: To phir yeh ranj o gham kyun aur kaisa? Ranj o gham ke zariye Khaaliq-e-dojahan apne bandon ke aamal ka jaiza, un ke imaan o yaqeen aur azm o istiqlal ka imtehan leta hai. Ranj o gham aur mushkil o pareshani ka taluq agar shaoor o wujdan aur ehsaas o idrak se hai, lekin is ki shiddat zahiri takaleef se barh kar hai. Shariat-e-Islami ka yeh imtiaz raha hai ke woh khair ki dawat deti hai aur shar se mutnabba karti hai aur had se zyada ranj o gham ko ummat-e-muslima aur us ke jiyalon ke liye muzar qarar deti hai. Musalman samaaj ki bhalai isi mein hai ke woh zindagi ka samna hushash o bashash reh kar kare aur gham o andoh ko nazar andaz karte hue waqt ka sahih istemal kare. Sahi hadees mein aata hai ke Aap (ﷺ) ranj o gham se panah mangte thay aur farmate thay ke jo koi subah o shaam yeh dua parhe to Allah us ke har gham ko door karde ga: "Hasbi Allahu la ilaha illa huwa alaihi tawakkaltu wa huwa rabbul arshil azeem" ‘‘Allah mere liye kafi hai, maabood tu bas wohi hai, mein usi par bharosa karta hoon aur woh arsh-e-azeem ka malik hai.’’ Aur maghmoom o afsurda dil insaan ko chahiye ke woh apni zaban ko zyada se zyada Allah ta'ala ke zikr se tar rakhay, is liye ke kasrat-e-istighfar aur zikr-o-azkar se gham kafur hojata hai, jaisa ke Aap (ﷺ) ka irshad hai: "Man lazzama al-istighfar ja'al Allahu lahu min kulli ziqin makhraja wa min kulli ham fi raja wa razaqahu min haythu la yah tasib" ‘‘Jisne istighfar par madawamat ki, Allah ta'ala har tangi se nijat, har pareshani se khalaasi de deta hai aur aisi jagah se rozi deta hai ke woh soch tak nahi sakta. Lihazah yeh zehan nasheen rahe ke baray se bara alamah o faazil, wali o sufi aur piro buzurg, hamare dard o gham ko halka nahi kar sakta jab tak ke hum zaat arhamur rahimeen ka darwaza na khatakhtaye aur us ke darbar-e-aali mein sar basujood na hon, jo dilo ke poshide raazoon se bhi buhut achi tarah waqif hai. Ek roz Aap (ﷺ) masjid nabawi mein janiklay ke Hazrat Abu Umamah (RA) par nazar gayi, Aap (ﷺ) ne farmaya: Abu Umamah! Kheriyat, iss waqt tum yahan? To Hazrat Abu Umamah (RA) ne jawab diya: Hazoor (ﷺ)! Qarz o gham ke sabab yahan gosha gair hoon, to Aap (ﷺ) ne farmaya: Aao! Aaj tumhe ek aisi baat batata hoon jis ke zariye Allah ta'ala tumhare gham o sadma ko door karde ga aur qarz bhi ada kare ga. Arz kiya: Ya Rasool Allah (ﷺ)! Irshad ho, to Aap (ﷺ) ne farmaya: Subah o shaam yeh dua parha karo: "Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min al-hammi wal-huzn, wa a'udhu bika min al-ajzi wal-kasal wa a'udhu bika min al-jubni wal-bukhl wa a'udhu bika min ghalabatid-deeni wa qahril rijal" ‘‘Aye Allah! Ranj o gham se teri panah mangta hoon, be bassi aur susti se teri panah mangta hoon, buzdili aur bakheeli se teri panah mangta hoon, qarz aur logon ke zulm se teri panah mangta hoon.’’ Chunancha Hazrat Abu Umamah (RA) farmate hain ke maine aisa hi kiya to Allah ta'ala ne mere qarz ada kar diye aur mere gham ko door kar diya. Jaisay sarey duniya se kat kar ek hi Khuda ke aage sar jhuka dena, usi ko apna hajat rawa, mushkil kusha aur nijat dene wala maan lena, har tarah ke ranj o gham aur musibat o mushakil ka azala ekseer hai, usi tarah Habib-e-Khuda, Rahbar-e-insaniat (ﷺ) ke ehsanat ka tazkira aur Durood Sharif ka aitamam bhi dard o karb ke liye ins aur tasalli ka samaan hai, ek shakhs ne rahmat-e-alam (ﷺ) se arz kiya: Ya Rasool Allah (ﷺ)! Agar main apni saari duayen aap ki zaat-e-aqdas ke liye khaas kardun to hamein kya milega? Aap (ﷺ) ne farmaya: Tab to Allah Rabb-ul-Azat tumhari tamam duniawi aur ukhrawi musibat aur aalam ko door kardenge aur wahi tumhare liye kaafi hojainge. Har fard-e-bashar ko chahiye ke woh ranj o gham mein apne aap ko na ghlata rahe aur apne din ka sukoon aur raat ka chain us ke zaaya na kare aur aisa hargiz na ho ke yeh sare masail us ke apne bane banaye aur khud-sakhta hon aur haqiqat se us ka door ka bhi talluq na ho, dunya ke maamlaat ko bhi aasan andaz mein lena chahiye, agar thoray bohot aise waqiat pesh aajayein to aaraaz kare aur un ke peechay apne ko halkan na kare. Purwardigar-e-aalam ke har bande ko chahiye ke us ka mukammal zehni aur qalbi inhamak, Allah aur us ke Rasool (ﷺ) ki taraf ho, us se gham halka aur pareshani door hoti hai, kasrat-e-gunah se bhi bachay aur koshish yeh karni chahiye ke musibat aur aalam aur ranj o gham ki taraf dhyaan na jaye, kyunke.
